Bright, sleek, and perfectly suited for couples or solo travelers seeking a modern retreat in the heart of Vienna.

Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online registration form via our secure partner ChekIn, as required by local law in Vienna. Once the form is submitted, your unique smart lock entry code will be automatically sent around noon on the day of check-in to the email address provided in the form. The code is valid from the official check-in time until 30 minutes after check-out, and ensures a fully contactless and smooth arrival. Please note that the apartment does not include a washer or dryer, but two self-service laundromats are located just a few minutes’ walk away — Waschtreff (600 m) and Green & Clean (800 m). Please make sure the apartment door is firmly closed when leaving and that the safe is left open upon check-out. If the safe is left closed/locked upon departure a penalty of 50Euro will be imposed. You don’t need to take out the trash — our cleaning team will handle that after your stay, but you’re welcome to use the garbage area during your visit if needed (instructions provided after booking). This listing is not suitable for infants due to lack of infant amenities (cot, high chair etc.)

A lovely and well-equipped apartment — they even provide a hairdryer and a diffuser for women :) The bed is incredibly comfortable, there’s plenty of convenient storage space for clothes, a luxurious shower, and lots of room overall. The location is excellent. I was very close to the metro, and there are so many great cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance! I didn’t need to communicate with the hosts during my stay, but when I sent them a thank-you message at the end, they responded very quickly, and it truly felt like personal and attentive service. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you so, so much for the attention to detail and the thought that was clearly invested in designing the apartment. Simply excellent.

Vienna’s public transport is fast and reliable. A single ticket costs EUR 2.40 and is valid across U-Bahn, trams and buses.  From the airport: take the S7 train to Wien Mitte, then transfer to U4 to Kettenbrückengasse and walk 5 min to Kleine Neugasse. From Hauptbahnhof: take U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Taubstummengasse then walk about 6 min. In the Wieden district trams 1 & 62 and bus 13A offer excellent local connections.
