Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online registration form via our secure partner ChekIn, as required by local law in Vienna. Once the form is submitted, your unique smart lock entry code will be automatically sent around noon on the day of check-in to the email address provided in the form. The code is valid from the official check-in time until 30 minutes after check-out, and ensures a fully contactless and smooth arrival. Please make sure the apartment door is firmly closed when leaving and that the safe is left open upon check-out. If the safe is left closed/locked upon departure a penalty of 50Euro will be imposed. You don’t need to take out the trash — our cleaning team will handle that after your stay, but you’re welcome to use the garbage area during your visit if needed (instructions provided after booking). The loss of this key Please note that the apartment does not include a washer or dryer, but two self-service laundromats are located just a few minutes’ walk away — Waschtreff (600 m) and Green & Clean (800 m).
