Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online registration form via our secure partner ChekIn, as required by local law in Vienna. Once the form is submitted, your unique smart lock entry code will be automatically sent around noon on the day of check-in to the email address provided in the form. The code is valid from the official check-in time until 30 minutes after check-out, and ensures a fully contactless and smooth arrival. Please make sure the apartment door is firmly closed when leaving and that the safe is left open upon check-out. If the safe is left closed/locked upon departure a penalty of 50Euro will be imposed. You don’t need to take out the trash — our cleaning team will handle that after your stay, but you’re welcome to use the garbage area during your visit if needed (instructions provided after booking). Ich hatte einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Wien. Sehr schön renoviertes Apartment in einem sehr angenehmen Viertel, genug los drumherum, das App. aber selbst ruhig gelegen. Genug Infos von Anfang an und Rabatt im Restaurant um die Ecke. Schnellste Antwort, die ich jeh hatte. Ich komm wieder.

My partner and I stayed at this apartment for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The apartment was easy to access, the host was clear with instructions and expectations, and the space was beautiful—all the amenities mentioned in the listing were available and the photos don't do the apartment justice; the ceilings are high and the apartment is extremely spacious! We enjoyed the walkable, quiet neighborhood and easy access to public transportation, as well as fun eateries and nightlife. The host was extremely proactive with communication, ensuring I had all the necessary information to access the space and make the most of the experience in the Wieden neighborhood. From booking through our departure, I was confident that BuzzStays was reachable and ready to help! We definitely recommend this apartment for an enjoyable stay in Vienna!

Find us

Vienna’s public transport is fast and reliable. A single ticket costs EUR 2.40 and is valid across U-Bahn, trams and buses.  From the airport: take the S7 train to Wien Mitte, then transfer to U4 to Kettenbrückengasse and walk 5 min to Kleine Neugasse. From Hauptbahnhof: take U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Taubstummengasse then walk about 6 min. In the Wieden district trams 1 & 62 and bus 13A offer excellent local connections.
