Before arrival, guests are required to complete a short online registration form via our secure partner ChekIn, as required by local law in Vienna. Once the form is submitted, your unique smart lock entry code will be automatically sent around noon on the day of check-in to the email address provided in the form. The code is valid from the official check-in time until 30 minutes after check-out, and ensures a fully contactless and smooth arrival. Please note that the apartment does not include a washer or dryer, but two self-service laundromats are located just a few minutes’ walk away — Waschtreff (600 m) and Green & Clean (800 m). Vienna’s public transport is fast and reliable. A single ticket costs EUR 2.40 and is valid across U-Bahn, trams and buses.  From the airport: take the S7 train to Wien Mitte, then transfer to U4 to Kettenbrückengasse and walk 5 min to Kleine Neugasse. From Hauptbahnhof: take U1 (direction Leopoldau) to Taubstummengasse then walk about 6 min. In the Wieden district trams 1 & 62 and bus 13A offer excellent local connections.
